Abstract

The emerging relations between the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation and customs representatives have a special structure, which includes: the subjects themselves, the participants of the relations, as well as the forms and order of interaction between them. Today, the fundamental principle of interaction between customs representatives, declarants and customs is a permanent two-way communication in order to reduce the time for customs operations in foreign trade, including the study of emerging problems and the search for ways to solve them. The company “Credo-Invest” has been on the register of customs representatives since February 7, 2013.
