Abstract

The article describes the main stages of the submission of advance cargo information and its application. The step-by-step algorithm of preliminary informing is analyzed, the main functions of participants of preliminary informing are characterized. The paper describes the KPS "Sea Port Portal" in terms of providing and using preliminary information.
