Internet of Things for customs control of container transportation

Abstract

The integration of the Internet of Things into customs control has significant potential for optimizing customs control and improving counteraction to violations of customs legislation. In addition, remote container tracking and real-time monitoring using modern software and hardware solutions can help participants in foreign economic activity control the container fleet, reduce unnecessary costs and optimize supply chain management.
